This team is made up of parents’ nominees, teachers' nominees, the principal, nominees of the patron and community nominees who have a particular interest or expertise.

- Ensuring the quality of teaching and learning at the school
- Recruitment of staff
- Ensuring child safeguarding and anti-bullying measures are in place
- Developing and reviewing the school plan
- Developing school policies
